From raw billet to finished, anodized component — Z-Axis runs the full metalcutting and surface-finishing line in-house, holding quality to aerospace and military standards.
We machine complex components and fixtures in aluminium, brass and steel — from diesel engine bodies to intricate housings and precision assemblies. Decades of metalcutting experience let us hold demanding tolerances on the most challenging geometry.

Two sulphuric-acid anodizing routes, run in-house: Type II clear for decorative and protective finishes, and Type III hardcoat for a dense, high-hardness oxide built for wear and corrosion in industrial and marine service.
We plate to MIL-A-8625 for OEM and military suppliers, with an unrivalled track record for reliability in the plating industry.
Light-grey oxide, easily coloured with penetrating dyes for excellent colour rendering plus resistance to scratches and discolouration — ideal for protective use in non-aggressive environments.
A very dense, compact oxide layer with high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance — for mechanical applications demanding wear resistance, and industrial or marine environments with aggressive agents.
